Management Team

Willie C. Johnson, CEO

Willie C. Johnson has extensive background and knowledge in project management, training and education. To say Ms. Johnson is experienced would be an understatement.

She has over 30 years of experience working with and building coalitions to help solve community issues. Ms. Johnson also has a background in public education as a teacher and high school administrator. Her educational background includes a Bachelor in Psychology and a Masters in Education from Southern University. She was trained as a facilitator through the Kettering Foundation and is a graduate of the National Coalition Building Institute.

But her work goes beyond the scope of just education. Willie C. Johnson has also served as a Senior Vice President for the Baton Rouge Area Chamber. In this position, she helped build infrastructure for economic development and growth, helped improve public education, public safety, quality of life venues, and developed and led training for community leaders.  Ms. Johnson has served in a leadership position on numerous boards and State Commissions. She was recently honored as one of SBA’s 101 Women in Business and Leadership.

As the CEO of WCJ Consultants, LLC, Willie C. Johnson brings much more to the table than just her credentials. She brings passion, and the drive to help others succeed.

Kimberly Bardell, Partner

Ms. Bardell has over 15 years of program management, planning, and policy experience. She has worked on numerous federal and state projects over the years. Ms. Bardell graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Xavier University and a Masters in Public Health from Tulane University. In 2014, Ms. Bardell was named to the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report’s top “Forty under 40” list. She served as the first African American woman board chair of a half-billion-dollar credit union, EFCU Financial. She currently serves on the board of EFCU Financial and has served on numerous boards in the community.
